SHIPMENT & RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our website www.lesourdo.com offers a third-party shipping service for purchasing le'sourdo® by Swiss Bake Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. products. However, we do not allow personal pickups from our warehouse. The shipping charges may vary from a flat shipping charge per order to per kg shipping charge, depending on the delivery location. Additionally, special handling and warehousing charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.
DELIVERY TIME
Our deliveries are swift and usually made within a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 15 days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) from the dispatch date. However, in exceptional situations or for pin codes that are out of serviceable areas, delivery times may exceed the standard timeframe. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or other external factors may also cause delays. RETURN POLICY
